Our Technology in Olathe, KS
Intraoral Camera
The intraoral camera is a fantastic diagnostic tool that allows us to observe the mouth from angles that we previously would not have been able to see. In order to take a closer look at any potential concerns or problems that may occur, the camera allows us to examine the entire mouth on a monitor. Also, the patient will be able to witness the same visuals we are seeing firsthand. These digital graphics are also great for convincing insurance companies to approve a procedure.
Panorex
A panorex is a highly impressive piece of imaging equipment as it can spot a lot of problems and structures that a standard x-ray misses. You will initially take a seat in a chair with a tiny ledge for your chin. The machine will circle around your entire head once you are seated, giving you a 360-degree picture of your teeth, head, sinuses, and bones.
The dentist can learn a lot about your head's overall structure by being able to see it in its entirety. We will be able to see any potential issues and confirm that everything is operating as it should. The panorex is able to see several kinds of structural issues, such as infections or asymmetry, among many other things.
Rotary Endodontics
Endodontics, also referred to as a "root canal," is the removal of a tooth's roots or nerves. This is frequently caused by the fact that the tooth is infected and producing pain.
Rotary endodontics is a technique for doing root canals that makes use of a particular electrical handpiece. This technology frequently speeds up the procedure and makes it easier for the dentist to complete it.
